Beautiful Barossa Shiraz matured in a combination of French and old American oak for 10 months. Pronounced ripe blackberry, liquorice and dark plum aromas fill the nostrils followed by hints of vanillin oak, dark chocolate and spice. Traces of earthy dark chocolate and spicy vanillin oak ensue. Velvet smooth tannins. Exhibiting great depth and concentration it concludes long and opulent. Rich, pleasure bent Barossa Shiraz at its finest. Drink over the next 4-5 years.
