Matured in old oak for 13 months. Ripe plum and blackcurrant aromas intermingle with vanillin cedar, earthy tobacco and spice notes. Medium bodied juicy plum and blackcurrant flavours dominate over cedary tobacco characters and spicy dried herbs. Round opulent mouthfeel with soft ripe tannins. Aftertaste of spicy plums, ripe blackcurrant, cedary tobacco characters and dried herbs. Drink over the next 1-2 years.
