Whistler Skeleton in a Tutu Pet Nat Rosé

Fabulous Whistler Pet Nat Rosé made from 100% Mataro from a single site in Krondorf, Barossa Valley. The colour of this wine is at the darker end of the spectrum for Rosé. Aromas of redskins, toffee apple and strawberries and cream leap out of the glass. The palate has a berry-like prettiness, and a savoury, earthy edge often associated with Mataro. Bright and bubbly on the finish and will pair perfectly with spicy food, cheese and sunshine!
