Whistler Dry As A Bone Rosé

A natural Rosé from the Barossa. 64% Mataro and 36% Grenache. Very pale pastel pink, almost brassy in colour. Aromas of red apple, fresh raspberries, cherries and strawberry yoghurt. The palate is dry, but has great fruit weight and great length. There is some complexity on the palate from the lees stirring.
