A field blend of Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer and Arneis, slightly cloudy with a tangerine hue. Crunchy juicy red fruit with orange sherbert and hint of thistle. Talky tannins and vibrant acidity. Grapes were destemmed and co-fermented on skins with wild yeast. Left on skins for 93 days before pressing to stainless steel.
