A natural, wild fermented and unfiltered Barossa Syrah. 20% whole bunch, French oak hogsheads and 30% New Russian oak hogheads for about 14 months then a small amount of sulphur just before bottling and hand bottled. Black plum and cherries with vanilla essence and spice.
