A natural, wild fermented Rosé blend of Grenache (55%), Carignan (14%), Muscat (10%), Sauvignon Blanc (10%) and Pinot Gris (10%). All sourced from around the southern part of the Barossa Valley, the fruit is picked nice and early to retain mouthwatering acidity. Very little skin contact with an extra lift of fragrance and freshness delivered in the form of a splash of Muscat and Pinot Gris. A tasty treat with no additions except a little sulphur.
