100% Malvasia di Candia Aromatica from Emilia Romagna, Bologna in Italy. A natural, orange wine made in the ancient tradition. An orangey-brown colour, but don't let that scare you off. Put your nose to the glass and allow your senses to be invigorated by this outrageously aromatic wine. It's intense to say the least. Then take a mouthful, not a sip. The flavour will envelop every last bud and the round tannins will fill your cheeks. This is definitely a wine to be consumed with food - pork is a great choice. A devilish delight.
