A blend of 80% Tempranillo and 20% Mataro, Tinta is a natural wine, wild fermented in open fermenters and sent straight to tank with only a short stint in oak. This is an early (and easy) drinking wine made in a style the Spanish call Joven which translates to youthful. Earthy and savoury flavours of plum and mulberry.
