Das Juice Rosé

This bright dry Rosé is a blend of Tempranillo (80%) and Pinot Noir (20%) both from the Peters Creek organic vineyard in the high edge of McLaren Vale. Whole bunch pressed, slow natural ferment in tank with a small sulphur addition prior to bottling. Flavours of strawberry and raspberry. Light on the palate, the fruit shines along with a juicy acidity.
