Blind Corner Rouge

Certified organic natural red wine that is a blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The wine has been foot-crushed, hand-plunged and basket pressed to old oak. The Shiraz gives upfront fruit, the Cabernet Sauvignon carries weight and length and the Merlot add smoothness. Aromas of red fruit. A bold palate of black cherry and plum and leather and earth.
