75% Shiraz and 25% Mataro. Layers of spice, restrained red and blue berry fruit, a web of tannin and herb and brambly savouriness. Plum, dark sour cherry, amaro and clove all happening. Destemmed, 80% whole berry, co-fermented in concrete, maceration between 7 and 54 days. 9 months in 700L oak, 25% new. Superb wine.
